Video of ETS in the classroom

Here's an interesting example of a co-taught third grade classroom.  This is a quick view of two teachers integrating collaborative learning groups and setting objectives & providing feedback.  While the activity itself is not extremely rigorous, the reflection that students are asked to complete at the end is key to the lesson's effectiveness.  Video Link
